Living Off The Grid

Here’s an idea i may want to try someday. To have a house surrounded by nature and forest, but to still have many of our modern conveniences. Namely access to electricity by way of batteries, converters, Solar and Windmills.

I just watched a great documentary filmed by a guy from Canada. He got a chance to try it first. Hope you enjoy the film. I certainly did.

  1. You don’t have to go to Canada to find off-the-grid advice. The folks at live up by Red Feather, build their own windmills and more. They often show up at the renewable energy fair at New Belgium brewery. Very worth going to that if you’re interested in these topics.
